【文章摘要】 This work focused on the preparation and characterization of a Mg2+ stabilized 8wt%-ZrO2-2wt%-TiO2-co-doped Na-beta ''-Al2O3 ceramic thin film. A fine powder with high beta ''-phase (Na1.76Mg0.67Al10.33O17) purity of 96.86% was obtained by a modified solid state reaction. ZrO2 and TiO2 were doped into the pristine Na-beta ''-Al2O3 ceramic to achieve a high mechanical strength and a high densification. The sintered 8wt%-ZrO2-2wt%-TiO2-co-doped Na-beta ''-Al2O3 pellet exhibits a mechanical strength of 192 Mpa and an ionic conductivity of 0.28 S cm(-1) at 350 degrees C. An environmentally friendly tape casting method was utilized to prepare the Mg2+ stabilized Na-beta ''-Al2O3 green tape. The dense Na-beta ''-Al2O3 thin film with a thickness of approximately 100 mu m was obtained by sintering the green tape, at 1500 degrees C for 2 h. It is a promising electrolyte for the development of the room temperature ceramic-based sodium ion battery. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l. All rights reserved. |
