However, the efforts to moderate inflation seem to be increasing our shortage of affordable homes, thereby driving up the cost of shelter and making inflation even worse. How do we get out of this cycle, and get back to producing much-needed housing? Even though estimates vary widely, there is a consensus that the U.S. has a significant housing shortage. |
