Tailoring electromagnetic wave absorption using in-situ precipitation of BaTiO3-BaFe12O19 glass ceramic

| 【文章摘要】 Utilizing a BaO-TiO2-B2O3-Na2O-SiO2-Al2O3-Fe2O3 multicomponent glass system, this study achieves in-situ precipitation of BaTiO3 and BaFe12O19 within a glass matrix. This method enables precise control over crystal content and electromagnetic properties. An optimal composition ratio of BaTiO3 to BaFe12O19 at 3:2 demon-strates exceptional impedance matching and remarkable electromagnetic attenuation. At 3.7 GHz, the glass ceramic exhibits a minimal reflection loss of-44.5 dB, while maintaining an effective absorption bandwidth of 3.93 GHz with a 2 mm thickness. This research underscores the promising potential of magnetoelectric glass ceramics as advanced materials for achieving high-performance electromagnetic wave absorption. |
